Privacy Policy

Protecting the privacy and security of your personal information is a priority at Uber Business Capital LLC (“We”, “Us”, or “UBC”), and providing a single, comprehensive privacy policy that is straightforward and clear is in the best interests of our customers.

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes our information and privacy practices with regard to the www.uberbc.com website (“Site”), such as the types of information we may gather from you and other visitors to the Site. Unless stated otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected on the Site and does not apply to information collected offline or otherwise outside of the Site. It also describes the choices available to you regarding the use of, your access to, and how to update and correct your personal information. By browsing and using services on our Site, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy and consent to our use of cookies and similar technologies.

There are three main types of information we collect about our online users:

• Information that identifies you as a person: This is commonly referred to as “personal information” and includes, for example, information that you may provide such as your name, home address, home telephone number, or payment information (including your credit card number). We also collect date of birth and SSN if you are applying through our website to become a client of UBC. This does not include information that has been made anonymous or aggregated so that it can no longer be used to identify a specific person;

• Information about your business: This information is considered commercial information and includes, but is not limited to, a customer’s business name, address, phone and/or fax numbers, email address, business tax identification number, and corporate financial account information; and

• Information that relates to you, but on its own does not identify you: This includes information about your Internet connection, the equipment you use to access our online services, and information relating to your usage of those services.

UBC provides commercial services. Therefore, most of the information collected is commercial and not personal information.

These commercial services are currently available in the United States only. If you are visiting this Site from outside the United States and provide us with personal information, please note that your personal information will be transferred, stored and processed within the United States, and you explicitly consent to this transfer.
