If you apply through this Site to become a client of UBC, you will be asked to provide your date of birth and Social Security Number, to validate your identity or make a determination of eligibility.

Several locations of the Site permit you to enter your email address for purposes including, but not limited to, of signing up for email newsletters and special offers, or to be contacted by an UBC representative. You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, or you can contact us.

You may contact us to request that we remove your information from our marketing list.

How is Your Information Used?

UBC collects and uses your commercial information to give you current market and product information, to provide you with convenient access to your data, and to provide you with excellent service. If you submit an application online, all information will be used by our sales representatives to contact you and discuss engaging in a business relationship with UBC.

Upon request, as a client or prospective client of UBC we will provide you with confirmation about whether we hold any of your personal information.
